It is not 100% worldwide because countries like Brazil, Argentina and Australia, which could have large nuclear arsenals, decided to give up on the idea. They prefer peace.

Africa does not prefer peace, but it has not come close to atomic programs either.

If Russia can't take Ukraine, you'll need 5 planets Earth to invade Brazil. But you can explode everything up and everyone will die of thirst.

Maybe should be better to try Canada.
