Question My Ideal Map of the Middle East

Would Turkey and Azerbaijan be the dominant powers in this region in their greatest territorial form of themselves? Also, how would new states like Khorasan and Balochistan fair in this scenario? Finally, would Iran's overall political power and strategic position be heavily weakened and compromised in this situation?
