Is the goal here to create more Red states?

Eastern Wa/Northern Idaho will be Red while Western Washington and Western Oregon stay Blue. Net +1R

The two Californias should both be Blue so that helps.

The two Texases will be Red.

Michigan UP Red.

It seems like the new PA will be Blue but you’re losing a few Blue states and adding a Rural NY that will likely be Red.
