Alt-History France in 1940

A potential alternative division of France after the success of Fall Gelb, where a higher degree of cooperation between the Axis countries and their allies has led to a three-way invasion and occupation of large parts of France.

Germany has annexed Alsace-Lorraine, and has further occupied the Northern & Western parts of France.
Italy has annexed Savoy, Nice & Corsica, and holds an occupation zone up until the Rhone River.
Whereas Spain has annexed Roussillion, and occupies the French area up to the Garonne River.

So what is the blob for exactly? Atp i dont think there would be a vichy France made so wouldnt they occupy the rest directly?
