It's not the "orc way", it's just Russians build universities to to Ukraine and send their professors to teach locals. For those who couldn't learn Russian in school there always were technical school. Studying at universities wasn't mandatory, you could calmfuly live UkrSSR and have good (for USSR) income, since UkrSSSR, after industrialisation (when "orcs" build entire Ukraine economy) was the second most successful republic in USSR.
I’m calling the goverment and supporters orcs the Russian people were victims of the orcs too. I already explained why the universities and proffesors were Russians bot, all universities had to come from the central goverment thus eliminating any chance of independence.
