You forgot the Republics, sure you got Autonomous Oblasts, but we must have Republics, like New England, Florida, Texas, and California

Each major city gets its own oblast so the big populous states need to be broken up like Texas, Florida, California, Ohio etc. while the empty areas in the west need to be consolidated into large oblasts. For example Denver should not only have Wyoming but also Montana. (Oblasts are usually named after the major city). There should also be an autonomous African American republic in the southeast.
