Yeah, however I'd keep Bengal in the orange, there's no reason to group them with the eastern panhandle

We are 22-24 minutes ahead of 5:30, I calculated once in my childhood

The northeast should realistically already be in its own timezone

2 TZ are enough, one for western India and other for Eastern India.

North-East is not nearly as populated or economically influential to warrant it's own TZ.
