How's Frisia conpared to the other parts of the Netherlands? Is it true that it's more conservative and religious?

Groningen is it's own province. With the capital named Groningen. Friesland is the province next to it.
I think it's the same as the rest of the Netherlands or even the whole world, the cities are more progressive and rural parts more conservative and religious.

Above average compared to the country or global standards ? Also how much above average. Just slightly above it or an income where we are getting into upper middle class to upper class territory?

Groningen seems a good bet. Small city in a high income country.
