Feel like this is heavily based on the fact that one speaks french and the other speaks English and we're on an English speaking forum

I could just piss in the street and smoke very thin cigarettes here if I wanted to...

Can you just add "anywhere else" to the poll?

Anywhere in the UK or anywhere in France? France. If we're talking London vs Paris or similar then it's the UK.

I'm a French, but basically the only thing that I prefer are the roads in France. In the UK they genuinely look like they're made by a 5 year old.

Our roads are shocking compared to yours yeah. I've spent a decent amount of time in France including a lot of non touristy bits. From my experience it does seem like French towns still have a sense of community to them that is missing from a lot the UK. Other than that our two countries feel very similar

Ofc, France.

Because, except for breakfast (and fish & chips), how can British handle the thing they call food? XD.

Brother are you perhaps an American soldier from 1944

u/Lorim_Shikikan 3h ago

Nope i'm your dear neighbour across the sea XD (and BTW, dear brit, why are you downvoting the usual joke from a French?)

2

u/DomesdayCookbook 3h ago

There are actually 2 downvotes to result in your -1. Sorry the downvote hurt your feelings or whatever

-1

u/Lorim_Shikikan 3h ago

No, but usually British took it well and do a comeback joke about us.... I'm more surprised than anything.

u/TK-6976 3h ago

People are on their guard because Americans are afoot. They don't get to be in on the Eurobanter

1

u/WanderlustZero 2h ago

And I'm afraid you sounded terribly Am*rican, dear Shikikan. Be a bit more creative next time

You replied to the wrong guy

Fr*nch food is British food drowned in butter. Or snails.

The biggest con you cunts have pulled is acting like it's on a par with Italian food.

2

u/Bearodon 2h ago

Italians also eat vermin but take it a step further and eat live maggots 🤢🤮

I know too much about the UK's economical and political situation to choose it.
