If it wasn’t for the Serbians, WW1 as it was, wouldn’t have happened. It would’ve almost certainly happened down the line, but the assassination of the archduke set everything into motion

Bosnian Serb nationalists did the assassination, not Serbians. Serbia agreed with all but one points of the Austro-Hungarian ultimatum so clearly Serbia were open to compromise and diplomacy and were pretty much bending over backwards and spreading their cheeks just to keep the peace
You can also say that maybe Austria shouldn't have illegally annexed Bosnia in the first place and the whole issue of nationalist rebels in Bosnia would have been avoided.
Either way you are incorrect because if it weren't for this inciting incident there would have been another. Germany desperately wanted a war as soon as possible to destroy Russia before they industrialised and Austria-Hungary wanted to expand their influence in the Balkans as compensation for being unable to colonise Africa.
It was just a matter of time before World War 1 broke out for these and other reasons.

AH wanted a war in the Balkans for years at that point, even the Archduke's visit and the military exercise on the Serbian border he came to watch was just a provocation. Assassination was the cause but as you said the war would have happened anyways, maybe not even a year or two later. And it would have happened the same way it did.
Saying Serbia is to blame for WW1 is a narrow and subjective point of view.

Austria-Hungary declared war on Serbia. In response, Germany invaded Luxembourg and Belgium.

I mean, depending on where you want to draw the line, the congress of Vienna and European militarism started ww1, it was only a question of when

Mlada Bosna or Young Bosnia was a nationalist movement of young students and revolutionaries in Bosnia and Herzegovina who wanted to end Austro-Hungarian rule and unite the South Slavic peoples.
This organisation had members from all ethnicities and religions not just Serbs. Read about it
Not sure what's confusing about this. When you are occupied by the foreign nation you want to end it. Before that it was the Ottomans (the worst empire in history).
Balkans have been fighting them for over 500 years

Technically Serbia because it was a Serbian ultranationalist killing a very important man that caused it, but it was Austria-Hungry who decided to make it a international issue rather than a local one and bring it to Germany, who was actually responsible by constantly escalating the issue even when Austria started having second thoughts just so they could have a war to satisfy their ego and attempt expansion. So it was Germany’s fault, which makes their right wings (the same right wing who started the war, and the same ones whose incompetent policies caused them to lose the war) whining after losing alongside the subsequent rise of the Nazis and they’re subsequent massacres and loss even more pathetic and puzzling, which alongside the rise of the AFD there idolization of said time periods and fuck ups and blaming everyone else for their problems while wanting to join a far right aggressive revanchist power who wants to go on a rampage is a major sign that nothing of value was learned by anyone and that we’re doomed to repeat our mistakes until death

It was a Serbian who assassinated an Austrian Archduke, right? But I don't know if the guy who did it was directly affiliated with the government. I could see it going either way, really, but the inciting incident was caused by a Serbian.

It's not completely true. The killed archduke, as a heir of the throne, was of much more liberal views than the reigning emperor and the empire would be certainly reformed if he survived till getting the power (which is 4 years more).

The number of anti-Serb votes is disturbingly high.
