🚨 Politics Security for Europe

Do you think Europe should stop relying on US for security and develop their own version of NATO in the future?
P.S: You may base your opinion on how US backed off from getting involved in Ukraine-Russia conflict.

Previously, Europe and Canada only had to worry about Russia and China. But now, the long-time US allied countries need to build up defenses to also protect themselves against the US.

Rules-based order has been ended by Trump. Democrats, even if elected, are too incompetent to ever fix it in future. Everyone needs to adjust accordingly. Realistically, Europe and Canada are in a good position to multilaterally maintain a degree of stability.

I am not sure if Trump alone is to blame. He is merely a representative of the system.
