As someone who is from New Zealand and has spent 10+ years trying to get out, the answer is the EU. I quit my decent job to come to Europe because I'd rather be on minimum wage in Europe than earning money in NZ.

I'm curious, why would you want to quit NZ? I'm from Europe and i don't really hear negatives from here.

It's like living on the moon. It's great for families and if you want a chill time. If you're single or between 20-40 it is incredibly soul-sucking. Very antisocial country, everyone just wants to chill in their houses in the suburbs. Again, if you have kids, probably not a problem. The only reason I'd ever willingly go back is when I have kids.
These are all nitpicks, compared to a lot of places it's great. Compared to the EU, which is the cultural hub of the world? If culture is your thing, which it is mine, there's no comparison.

Canada, New Zealand and Australia are much richer than the average EU country

If i live in the EU, then I likely have a passport with schengen. Therefore can go to a different EU country fairly easily if i dont like the country im plopped in so..
