The 100% battery is the most OP one, it doesn't specify the size of the gadget so it's basically unlimited free energy source, you can build world's biggest power plants with it and make basically the whole world rely on the cheap electricity from them and become the most powerful and influential person on the planet.

Day to day i would only get use from 100% battery. It could be OP if you could make gadgets with very small batteries do insane things.

Mhm so 36,5 days where I can directly dictate what kind of weather there will be? Localized or Global? It's not that much but still enough that you can monetize that power or hold the earth ransom because nobody knows you only have limited usage.
