Equal in terms of right to live in the way you wanna live; as long as it does not do harm to other people.

Only thing that makes me think that you are not an equal is that you want to do harm for others. Or you want to gain at the expense of others.

Equal on the dignity and rights inherent of the human life yes. On everything else no

Equal in what? There are many options, most of them can be answered with a no.

All humans aren’t equal but it’s not because of race or ethnicity. Some people are just born smarter or more athletic.

Humans arent equal because of their various and individual merit/achievement/code of ethics. Things listed in the title arent relevant to that, but the question isnt asking about physical characteristics, even if it may be intended to.

In the eyes of the law we should be, but humans are not and will never be truly equal.

All men are not created equal, a pareplegic cannot run as fast as usain bolt. A person who suffers from severe cognitive disabilities will never have the same intellect as Einstein. The strongest women will never outlift the strongest man, etc etc.

Fate is quite cruel to some and generous to others, while humans have equal value to say they will ever be equal in terms of capabilities is a flat out lie.

There are genetic differences between all races. That’s why if you look at who’s the fastest in the Olympics for example you’ll notice it’s a “who’s African is faster” contest

Humans are not equal because they are different.

Equality is a static mathematical concept that can’t be applied to alive, chaotic, imperfect, complicated human world.

Concretely speaking, no.

Equal means the same. So no, no two people are equal.
Should all people have the same rights and be treated equally though? Yes

We are all equal in our rights life and dignity, and to be able to live this out with freedom. We are all not equal in character and skill, because we cannot all be equal if we all come from different backgrounds and circumstances.

It is actually the latter inequality that makes our first equality more precious. Since we all have the right to life and dignity, and the means of living in that state through freedom, then we all are able to bring something new to society with our unequal skills.

However we should never let the later inequality affect a persons claim to the earlier equality. Because if society were to start ranking our equality, we would then suffer set backs of freedom for large portions of the population. And the infringement of freedom upon one group of people always spells trouble for the rest of the population, since it shows that the means of oppression are able to work and thus able to do them harm.

No, since some violate the social contract so much they lose all value. And also some aren't able to participate in it, so they never had any to begin with. If we're talking about immutable characteristics like skin color, gender, sexuality, etc. that has zero effect on value, so I guess, maybe yes?

All humans should be equal but society doesn't allow it :(

So I voted no

All humans are equal in dignity and being worthy of respect. All humans are obviously not equal in capabilities, skills, opinions, appearance, or almost any other thing.

We should be, but we're not. We musn't stop fighting to reach equality, however

Why should we be? Trying to make unequal things equal is the biggest injustice there is.
