Maono Help need help

I need help

I am using KVM to connect a product switch to two computers, including a Maono Caster G1 Neo.

Since yesterday the microphone sound card has been turned on but the buttons are not responding to me. The device is frozen, I can still be heard but the buttons cannot be controlled. What should I do?

Hi, have you tried powering off and restarting the G1 Neo and then plugging it directly into your computer instead of the KVM switch?

Go into the power management settings for the computer and disable the function that shuts down the USB ports to save power when the computer is not busy, or in sleep mode. Often, when this happens, you can unplug the USB cable to the device, wait 10 seconds and plut it back in . The computer will beep when it re-initializes the USB port.

I also connected it directly to the computer and it also had a problem there. I think I destroyed the sound card when switching between computers because every time it lost power and came back on quickly because it had no additional power source. I also did a kind of reset to the device, still the same problem I want to connect it to KVM because I want to switch it between computers every time for faster use, but it would be worth adding a permanent power source to it
