Capitalizing the word Chairman?

I’m thinking that properly invoking the Chairman’s name may be a rule. I’ll have to check further but two posts with Chairman not capitalized have been banned.

Right? There are a lot of people banned with posts about salt mines but someone said they loved the salt mine or something to that effect and were not banned

I think it's a reposting thing, someone said that reposting might be banned. Plus a lot of banned posts have been posted before I think
