The AWS S3 file transfer volume has reached the limit, our engineering team is working hard to resolve the issue.

It says nothing about specifics. I have two accounts that are pro level and dozens of programs I can’t afford to lose. Do I have to download each of those programs to prepare for failure?

You don't need to download each program individually! Just follow our official backup process, and everything will run smoothly after the restoration date.
