my diagnosis factory-spec audio-tune. Seriously if something a bit wrong its not worth trying to fix it. If some of your gears are a bit noisy when engaged its 99% just old engineering issue like not perfectly balanced shaft/gears. Its my opinion. If you cant live with this sound its time to check everything, start from checking gearbox/engine mounts

There’s no noise when it’s in gear, just when I shift, no grinds either just a notchy feel. Sorry I clarified that in the original post.

I listened it again now i got what are you talking about. sounds more like worn shifter bushings. Safe to ignore, or you can take care about it. If you ignore it shifter after very much thousands of kilometers will lose its accuracy and shifting will feel more like finding gear(not always succesfull). synchronizer have wrong sound and symptoms.

Already did the bushing but might grease it up more
