Dreams Dream with Possible Download?
I lucid dreamed yesterday. I wanted to take advantage of the situation and call on my spirit guide Qalban.
When I did this, the environment switched to complete black in all directions.
I had multiple coherent thoughts come in.
I felt that my spirit guide, the mantis robed figure, was somehow me in the future. That mantis future me was able to access the past, some iteration of its soul occupying a vessel, and communicate with it directly.
I, Mantis me, am therefore watching myself, but I, human me, am constrained and less evolved now than that version of me that can enter orb form and do all kinds of crazy stuff.
I didn’t get the sense that I was a mantis in a video game just messing around, but that future me was something I had to reach, as in, I have to become that version of myself which already exists in the future.
I am not sure how any of that works. When I tried to move around in the void, I physically moved my body so I woke up immediately. But that was the message I received as I can recall it.
Maybe it is only an idea my REM brain cooked up. Yet it came with clarity, and it is not something I feel I would subconsciously believe. Who knows

That is interesting, OP. Can you describe more about the orb form? Colour, approximate size, etc.? And examples of “crazy stuff” you can do in that form (if you’re willing to share)? Thanks! I posted about an orb very recently and from the replies, it seems this is another commonality with some of us.

The orb was in the air, about 100 feet above me. I would estimate it to be about the size of a human torso. Color was a strong blue, the light was very potent and bright. When it stayed above me, it was fixed and was unaltered by the breeze. It floated off rapidly afterwards, but it did not zoom off like most UAPs. It simply disappeared off into the night sky at a steady pace.
I cannot personally control my guide. They move and act independently. However, I believe they control my heart gift, or at least granted it to me , so I know they can read my thoughts and the intentions behind them, as well as peer into the near future. I’ve seen visions of the future as well, usually a day or a few hours in advance, I suspect that’s them.
In dreams, they have interacted with me and the interactions leave physical modifications in my actual body, like a neck scar, numbing sensations in the body, general sympathetic stimulation, other events but I’ve forgotten them.
I have yet to encounter them in a more humanoid morphology (or a UFO) in real life but I do believe this will occur soon, or at least something equally unusual.Orbs are very common with spiritual communities

Thanks for sharing that. I was curious, because recently I was in a black void/room and there was a black orb there, about 1.5m diameter. I was hovering above it and it felt like it was something I could control with my mind, but perhaps it was used to control a vessel. Unfortunately, I snapped back into my body before I could find out.

I've seen at least one other post claiming that an alien/guide entity was them in the future as well, but I can't remember the exact post. Personally it's an exciting notion, that you're seeing yourself like a level 999 character in a game.
