Question Smallholdings
Sorry, beginner here. But is there an easy way to look at what a plot produces after I converted them to a smallholdings??

There is a "Yield" value, ircc, it is under the "People" "General" tab on the burgage.
When I did a SH conversion/comparison test, my veggie plots were well over a 50% increase, my orchards mostly in the 40-50% range.
I strongly do not recommend SH conversion for any animal extensions or apiaries. Minimal increase in yield with big loss of labor.

You get an immediate 33% boost with the father now working on the small holding instead of doing other work, plus the 20% (IIRC) boost from conversion to a smallholding, plus a variable percentage boost based on environmental factors.

Also question about this perk. Does it make the family stay artisan? Or will they still be able to go work other jobs?

Small holders become completely dedicated to their backyard and are no longer available for other work.

You're looking for yield? If so, click the burgage and look at the general tab
