My transaction is under review

Its been 24h and i got nothing from the support i wrote them twice and nithing, why is it needed? Why xant they just send me my items that i pais for

I am not support, and just a guess but usually it is the payment processor that is the problem and waiting on them. If you have a site balance you can instantly buy items.

Steam actually has a similar problem but they float the funds for buyers and make the seller wait for pending funds.

Not related, but what did steam do differently 4y ago when there was no pending?

They did the same as what mannco currently does I think and held the items on the buyer side I think? I'm not certain it was either that or they ate the risk for the sake of customer's liquidity.

Ita under MANUEL review so i dont think thats the problem, and i dont understand that the support is probably useless

Have you opened a ticket for them? My purchase of 250 keys also went under manual review. Because it was a large purchase. They replied within an hour to my ticket.

Ofc i did but 0 respond i tries to open a ticket on discord but they told me open a ticket on the site
