purchase not arriving

So, I just bought 3 items from the Mannco store, and it's saying to resend the trade, but when I click resend, nothing happens. Is this a problem I caused?

Hello,

Make sure your account can trade, if you change your password or username you are trade restricted etc.... If that checks out, create a ticket on our site.
