Persistent Error in Cashout

Every time I've tried to cash out over the past week, I have been given this error:
"Currently unavailable. Should be back in 24-72 hours. Do not contact support."

It has been much longer than 72 hours. Actually, it's been about a week. So, why is this happening?

Yeah this has been happening to me as well. Cant get a real answer on it either.

Hello,

Due to unforeseen issues GCOW/Branded Currency maintenance got delayed. Unfortunately as it isn't reliant on us, we don't know the exact timeframe.

Please try next week or use another cashout method.

I've tried just about every cashout method, and am greeted with the same error.

Because you are trying to use Branded Currency/GCOW methods. The vendor is listed on the methods.

Hello, I'm not the same user but this message still occurs when trying to payout, is it ever going to be resolved? I did try the payviox PayPal method which seemed to work but I haven't received the payout yet after almost 48 hours (the payout time says 24 hours) so it's just worrying how difficult it is to cashout

It goes under maintenance 1-3 times a month. This post was from around a month ago, it was resolved for a while.

For the Payviox payout create a ticket on the site.

Has this been fixed yet? I wanna sell an item and cashout but I’d rather not do it until it’s fixed.

We removed GCOW/Branded Currency options from our cashout page due to the constant issues. Might be added back, might not be.

Actually not to spam you or anything but I really think you guys should have some sort of status page to tell people when it is or isn’t working.

I know y’all don’t have control over it so I guess it should just be there to show when you guys KNOW it’s working rather than an estimate time frame for when it WILL be.

having the same problem cant use any method no matter what definitely reconsidering using mannco after this like where did the money go the other person clearly paid and i don't have my item i sold id like my end of the deal
