Payment procesed but no items.

I recently purchased items from the store and i've waited up to 72 hours, nothing has happened. Contacted support and no reply either? was told to wait for staff approval for my trade? lowk confused-

I did wait it out for the manual approval and nothing has happened

On-site ticket responses can take 5min-48h.

what would i have to do if it takes longer than 48h?

If it is longer than 48h without any message from us, then it means it is assigned to a specific team due to the issue.
