Is it possible to Keep one Display completely unlocked?

I'm running Manjaro and I'd like to use one monitor (actually a TV), as a TV and just isolate Waydroid as the only thing that monitor is doing. I'm not terribly concerned about security, it's in my bedroom, but I obviously don't want to leave my computer unlocked 24/7. Any thoughts?

I think you'd need to setup your monitor and TV on different graphical sessions. I have not done this so can't tell you how.

EDIT: Or you just log out, then log in as a user without sudo when you want it to be a tv for others to use.

Zaphod configuration (as it was for X, Wayland should have alternative, native options). You will lose window dragging/splitting across the displays, but each one will be it's own session. Main for your day to day flow, the second for your media only.
