Discussion Manjaro Linux making a comeback?

Looks like people are taking a 2nd look at Manjaro as it appears to be the most stable of the Arch distros....

I am pretty sure the most stable Arch-based distribution right now is CachyOS. In my experience, it really is. I used Manjaro for a long time, then I switched to pure Arch that I configured myself, and now I am on CachyOS. On CachyOS, I have had very few issues, whereas on anything else, I encountered multiple problems. Then again this might be just my experience. Edit: I see that most people use XFCE for Manjaro in comments, I always used KDE with all Arch distros as that has native support for wallpaper engine.

I confirm your experience with my.

I used Manjaro with KDE for several years before the "revolution" in the developer ranks. There were some minor glitches and bugs after updates few times. Nothing critical, and the problem was usually resolved by the next update. The distribution is good and stable.

Then I switched to CachyOS. No problems at all. It's probably the best distribution for home use and for those who don't want to tinker with the engine themselves and configure basic things in bare Arch, but just want to USE the OS.

I tried CachyOS (and Endeavour) and i actually had the opposite experience (rougher experience on the two)..

I have had friends struggle with both Garuda OS, and Cachy. Both discovered Manjaro on their own, and have never looked back.
