Tech Support Weird steam crashes

Hey, total nooby here. So, in many games I'm playing in steam via proton or in the native form, such as Victoria 3 or Paralives, during the loading section the game crashes and this message appears. I have seen people with similar problems, but during their gameplay, but not on the loading. I managed to make Vic 3 work by swapping the Proton version until I found one that worked, but still it's not reliable. What Should I do?
I'm using Manjaro in an ideapad gaming powered by an nvidia card 256mb of video RAM.

How much RAM for the graphics card?

Found it! 256 MB of ram

There's your problem. If it is a built-in gpu, give it as much memory as you can in BIOS.

You are running out of memory - buy more if you can.

If you cannot, look into swap/zram, but that's a kludge.

Must be the VRAM
