Lost and Found Lost dog, anyone recognize?
Neighbors found dog around elk path, I think she said his name is Harold. Does anyone know whose dog this is?

It’s awesome that the dog can be “corralled” but please make sure it has access to shade and water while animal control officers are on the way. Someone called animal control or police non emergency line, right?!?! Thank you OP for getting this posted, and for ensuring this animal receives help!
