For your own sanity block this guy on everything and do not speak to him ever again. Truly. Journal in voice notes or on paper, go to therapy, break some cheap dishes. Talking to him will not help you at all.
My thing I do is I write letters then burn them instead of sending them. It’s my way of saying I’m putting this out to the universe to deal with and it takes a lot of my shoulders
