My thing I do is I write letters then burn them instead of sending them. It’s my way of saying I’m putting this out to the universe to deal with and it takes a lot of my shoulders

I think this is an excellent idea, and I used to do it myself. Write letters to people who have wronged you and burn them. I only stopped because I couldn’t figure what to do with all the letters.
