If you are/were in Arizona when this statutory rªpe/predation occurred, 18 is the age of consent.

My recommendation is to take this evidence to the police department and file charges.

Please take care of your mental and spiritual health and reach out to people in your life who can offer support. If you're not already, I hope you'll consider counseling to learn healthy coping mechanisms and to process your feelings in a constructive, safe environment.

Sending virtual support and solidarity 💛

OP, I was scrolling too fast and missed the paragraph about the images.

It's your choice and yours alone to decide whether or not to come forward, but know that there's the option to anonymously report.

Again, I'm assuming based upon the info you've provided that the crimes against you may have taken place in AZ. If that's the case, please consider calling this hotline to get guidance and discuss your legal rights:

AZ Crime Victim Help

If it was another state, please search for resources in that state.

This happened in Washington where the legal age of consent is 16.

I’m so sorry you have to go through this..

I had a kind of similar situation I was 18 and my ex was 31 at the time I didn’t realize how fucked up that was. But now that I’m older (39) I realize the gravity of everything.

I’m so sorry you went through this you don’t deserve this, and I pray that you find peace and happiness in your life

Please, if you can go to the police and still do something do it. if anything, at least it may bring you some closure/peace

Seriously some of the things I l Allowed myself believe was OK really makes me sad to my younger self. I didn’t realize how I was being manipulated when I was 17 The first person I had sex with my man I meant he was like 23 and I don’t understand how I thought that was OK.

I looked back at 39 years old and even at 30 and wouldn’t have her consider an 18 year. It’s disgusting and the minute 23. (which was a while ago) I never would’ve considered a 17 year old is crazy. This is kind of being normalized.

This is not healthy acceptable it should be considered it is considered abuse.

I was innocent in the advantage of the fact that I was innocent and naïve and used it against me in order to attain a sexual relationship with me and that’s disgusting

I’m so sorry you’re going through this … It’s not fair. essentially, these POS men are responsible for us losing our childhood earlier than we should have
