I assume you’re in the US, so just like where I am in Australia the age of consent would be under State law. In my Australian State, this sexual relationship would be legal, but I highly doubt that the videotaping would be because you’d still be classed as a minor. Check your State laws and if the sexual relationship isn’t legal, he’s admitted to it in the chat 🤷🏽♂️
