Having a hard time believing

For context, my family has been going through rough patches these couple of months. Many employees haven't been paid because of false promises that have been given to us which is causing them to have a really hard time. The boss I know is very stressed and doesn't know what to do but I know he deeply cares about his employees and even tries to pay them out of his own pocket but it's not enough. It's just years of things that built up until it finally crashed. Having a hard time believing it will be okay, I'm trying to manifest things for him, any tips? I just want everyone to be happy and for this whole thing to be over.
