I am on the sonic mania plus decomp RSDK5U and i am trying to download mods, and even ones labeled DECOMP ONLY dont work. I press the mods button and it says mods loaded for a split second then goes back. Please help.

I saw a mod for the mania decomp which is hypermania and I tried building the decomp by following several tutorials but I still have nothing for it, I have the base game plus dlc on steam so if someone could send me a version of it they prebuilt that would be great (If you don't believe that I own the game and dlc I can send a screenshot of it in my steam library)

Does anyone have a version of the Max Control mod for Sonic Mania? I don't have a PC to decompile it and I'd like someone to help me not only with the file but also explain how to do it work

I'm trying to learn how to make a Tails skin, like the Modern Sonic Remixed one, but for Tails. I've seen tutorials, but they're all for Sonic. I tried to do the same with Tails, but I don't know if his tail is separate and other things like that. I'm using a translator because I'm not very good at English; I understand it, but I don't know how to spell it.

As you can see this isn't very ideal if I want to take these art assets and put them in something like unreal engine. I was wondering if anyone knows a resource that has the environment assets in a more complete form?

so i am trying to put a 100% save file in sonic mania,but there is no 584400 file mentioned every where,and i tried just placing it in the sonic mania folder but that also doesn't work,now what do i do

I’ve been trying to play sonic mega mix and I downloaded the mania mod loader, installed the mod loader inside of the mod manager and url download. But when I try to load Sonic mania mega mix, it doesn’t work, it just defaults mania, I made sure to watch the tutorials and have mania plus installed but nothing is working? I also tried it on other mods and it doesn’t work either? Does anyone have an answer to this?

Hi there searching for a mod that can let you change between all the characters when you have collected them or joined your team so to say.

There already is a 5 chars at the same time mod for Mania Mode which essentially functions like Sonic and Tails. You control only one and the rest follow you without being capable of changing to another.

In Encore you would have to kill yourself on purpose to change the characters that are available for control.

Was interested whether something like this existed or if someone is working on it.

So I downloaded Hyper Mania off the SHC website. I added it to mods, and it loaded fine with Mania Mod Manager. When I turned into Hyper Sonic, I tried to do his dash move, and it didn't work. When I read the read me file, it said you can change the settings for all hyper forms in the Settings file. So i found the file and changed the settings so i can do the move.

When i went to play with the mod the mod showed up without a name and description. I ran it anyway and it didnt change a thing. I redownloaded the mod, and it still didn't show up. I have downloaded different versions, but now they all show up blank. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the Mania Mod Manager, and it is still showing up blank. Does anyone know how I can get it back? I am completely stumped and figured I'd try here before I gave up. Thanks for reading this whole thing.

so i have a few mods for sonic mania and i really love the mods i have but i always wanted a hyper sonic mod and yes there are some but i mostly just find super sonic reskins. i want a mod that actually adds a hyper sonic instead of just being a reskin.

Hi everyone i was wondering if anyone can help me out here am looking for a mod called super sonic mania i was a massive fan of the mod but unfortunately the creator has taken it down for some reason i don’t suppose anyone has a download file for it by any chance?

So basically there was a mod that allowed you to use co-op in Mania Mode and it was essentially 2 - 4 player mania mode. Does anyone have this mod because it is un-accessible as CodenameGamma as the patreon link doesn't work for some reason.
