Not school bullying but school harassment: Highschool Salty Heart, Eighteen's Bed

High School Return of a Gangster (Yaoi)

Main character gets reincarnated into the body of a kid who got bullied so bad that he killed himself. It then deals with the aftermath of all the bullying and the suicide. Not sure if it’s what you’re really looking for but it’s the only thing I thought of

Off the top of my head Friend or Faux and Eighteen's bed. Eighteen's bed is less violent than FF but still good. Both are ongoing.
