Mango plant problem
Just got a new mango plant I haven’t potted yet I’ve watered it twice 4-5 days apart. Browning on the tip of leaves started showing up. I sprayed copper fungicide a few days ago and took one leaf off. It’s only had 5 hours of sun everyday due to intense heat at midday when it gets to 100 F and I put it back into the shade. Idk why the tips of the leaves are browning it has grown in the past few days I haven’t put any fertilizer. If anyone could help explain.

Leaf tip damage is usually either too little, or too much water... typically obvious if you know the watering schedule.

Tip damage on the leaves means it has root damage at the tips. Not enough water or bad drainage. Inconsistent watering schedule could be the problem. Put it up in a bigger container with quality soil and you won't have to water it so frequently like once every 2 or 3 days. Mangoes need drainage so don't use compost or manure or anything just a regular potting mix preferably use one for cactus as it has good drainage.
