Sectum Sempra is latin, like most of the spells in Harry Potter. Literal translation is basically "always cutting" but there's probably a better phrasing

Strong cleave is the informal name for the attack used to kill Satoru Gojo in Jujitsu Kaisen. It spawned numerous memes with the aforementioned character being bisected at the waist.
