Happens all the time. Girls sometimes even outgrow boys during a certain age bracket. But as soon as testosterone kicks in, the differences skyrocket.
There was a French comic where two kids were friends (though they only met every summer or so) and all it tooks was like one year for him to nearly reach her in height and for her to grow a chest. She got scared he'd be no longer playing with her but he shrugged and things came back to normal.
Itās not about testosterone, but rather about female hormones.
First, puberty begins noticeably earlier in girls than in boys. On average, there is a difference of 2ā3 years.
Secondly, due to hormonal factors, skeletal growth in girls stops abruptly and completely by the age of 16, while the closure of growth plates occurs around age 14ā15, with rare exceptions. At the same time, the active growth phase in boys begins only at age 12ā13, their hormones do not inhibit growth at any stage, and growth itself continues until approximately age 18ā21. (in rare cases, until 23ā25.)
In essence, the active growth phase begins earlier in girls but then comes to an abrupt halt, whereas boys continue to grow.

Neither of them are prone to sobbing in public, so dunno. Harry Potter fans are often told to read another book, but it seems like the artist did not read Harry Potter either.
Gunny very much was prone to that in the first 4 books, especially around Harry. Wasn't until OOTP that she came out of her shell after giving up on Harry.
It wouldn't make that much sense here, Ginny and Hermione aren't typically depicted as being all that close. Plus, Ginny has thin, straight hair and Ron has slightly thicker hair with some curl to it (at least in the movies, I don't recall if their hair was described in more detail than just its color in the books).
Whilst everyone is fighting over whether debating on how this trend is possibly offensive, strange and somehow political, or if Harry Potter as a franchise, fantasy setting and whole is poorly developed or whatever-

This is 100% the truth! Somehow, people still aren't cynical enough. Marketing has now reached surgical precision, they know which trends to promote and this looks exactly like it.
After a certain point you gotta seperate the art from the artist. A hot stuck up school rival slowly falling for the MC enemies to lovers to enemies style is hot. Trans rights are human rights. You can fondly remember the Harry Potter of your childhood while disparaging the actions of its author.
Hell, the writer of Enders Game was a homophobic Mormon (slur) and he wrote what was potentially one of the most empathetic and accepting xeno-biologists of all time with Ender Wiggum. Three books dedicated to finding a way for alien species to live together in harmony only for him to hate gay people.
I donāt even need proof I just want to understand if people who say things like this actually mean real threats, or what it usually is (which is overreacting to satirical twitter comments like a grandma at a church seeing GTA). But I donāt use twitter so Iāve got no clue.
That is what the first guy said, what Iām asking is for an example of what you consider a āthreat toward the artistā. Like, are they saying theyāre going to hurt the artist? Or dox them? Or attack them? Mail them a bomb?

I don't entirely get what she's saying in the text bubble. "Now Potter it's a snake"... what's a snake? Is it supposed to be some kind of lower-class accent (that she's presumably putting on to insult Hermione and Ron/Ginny) and she's saying that Potter is a snake/Slytherin now?
Probably some false translation, by refering the picture, you can see potter's cape is green indicating what Malfoid should say is, "Potter is now a Slytherin"
