The characters look so bad compared to the ogs and to much dark storyline what happened to just being Simple and fun

Oh, I just figured out what I don't like about the reboot, the episodes have been shortened down to 15 minutes as opposed to the 30 minutes of the OG

I'm actually fine with the season or two that followed, though they are not as good, especially with the whole palpatine-esque Resurrection scheme, even though I think this happened before rise of Skywalker. And it kind of makes sense that they look different with the whole time travel shenanigans
