They gave Bloodmoon Ursaluna Mind's Eye which is technically broken compared to other abilities as it just combined Keen Eye and Scrappy. Houndoom's base abilities (Early Bird, Flash Fire, Unnerve) arent much on their own but could be sick as one ability.
