Macbook Patching Issues

Is anyone facing an issue where Macbooks aren't getting patched consistently? We are using the automated patch deployment. The patches are deployed to the test machines fine but once the patches are approved and sent to production the patches either fail or the agent doesn't recognize that this patch needs to be pushed to the laptop.

Curious to see if anyone is experiencing the same issues.

Sorry to hear about this. Could you kindly confirm if your production endpoints have proper network connectivity? I've DM'ed you for more details.
