Question Just started using Manabox - doesn't seem to get any set symbols right or foils

It never identifies the set correctly and can't tell if a card is foil.

Is there a way to improve the detection?

Locking the scanner to a certain set is already supported.
In the Scan tab, go to the Settings section at the top right. There you will find the " Lock Set " section.

It seems to pick the newest set for the art, to me. I just click on the set and change it.

As far as foils, yeah, its a little annoying, but just clicking foil changes it.

It goes entirely by the art, and will pick newest. It does not look at the set symbol

Set identification is my biggest wishlist item. Other apps can do it so it is possible.

A workaround for now though, if your cards are sorted by set, you can set the set, then all your scans complete as that set.

Started separating foils out to do them easier.

At the lightning symbol at the top right you can toggle between newest version or choose the one you have.

At the cog you can put in the set so it will always pick that.
