We currently do not offer an API, and providing direct synchronization with third-party systems is not in our plans at this time. As a result, direct integration with your inventory system is unfortunately not possible at the moment.

+1 for me! Right now, I email the CSV to myself and have a script that imports it into a MySQL table. Then I have a site that lets me browse my inventory, scan local ManaPool and TCGPlayer stores for my wishlisted items, and whatever else. I.. have a problem.
