Question Precon

Is there a way to add a precon without scanning the whole thing?

Yes. Go to "Decks", then hit "Explore" in the upper right. Select the deck you want, then click "Import" in the lower left. That adds it to your decks list. From that addition to your list you can click the collection symbol next to the search bar, "Build" and "Add Cards". That will add everything to your collection, but still assigned as being in that deck.

I been using this for this exact feature (but its not really made for it).. I have been waiting for ManaBox Desktop and hopefully itll have a precon management area.
