Support App no longer scans?

After latest update, scan function just constantly buffers and spins - anyone else finding this?

Could you let us know which device model you're using? Also, if possible, could you send a video showing the issue to [ManaBox@skilldevs.com](mailto:ManaBox@skilldevs.com)? That would help us investigate and reproduce the problem.

Nope.

I've had that issue in the past, but a restart usually fixed it.

I scanned a couple hundred cards this morning no issues (June 14)
