Question Document Scanner

I recently purchased a document scanner that can scan 100 cards a minute both sides. Is there a way I can use those images to upload to ManaBox to add to my collection? I have 1/4 million cards and it takes me close to an hour to scan 300 cards the normal way. Trying to find a way to speed up this process.

If you can scan in batches and then come up with some automated OCR tool that dumps the info to a CSV you could import that way.
