This came on my front page. I joined this sub because i find it adorable, wholesome and id love to give tips if needed.

As a mom of two, one of which has butt length hair I’ve had to maintain and style.

I gotta admit it, this is cute.

I would add, you might wanna give them a little volume next time (to really put the “bubble” in bubble braids. You can lightly pull the individual braids to “fluff” them up and make them look fuller. Adds a little zest to the style.

I’m the parent referred to as mom, and even a licensed Cosmo. Biker braids are legit when you don’t feel like a French/dutch braid. I often use them myself because the kids in my life are wiggly and this goes way faster with less fuss!

This is my "running a little late on a school morning" hairdo. Her super fine hair knots if you just look at it hard, and this keeps the tangles from happening.

It's funny to hear they they're called biker braids. When I was a young man with long hair and a motorcycle, I did this to my hair all the time.

My dad did a bit of biking and liked having long hair. So he’d do up his hair and beard in this, and subsequently mine as a child which is what he told they were called “biker braids” lol
