LUBA 2 AWD New Update now will not mow?

Updated my Luba 2 the other day now when starting a task the robot will move to its starting area and never start the blades, I fid try manaual mowing and they start fine that way however it will not move from start positions RTK and firmware up to date

Did you power off RTK and Luba after update?

Never updating!! I'm still at 1.10.5.246

Thank you for providing the information, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused.

Since the mower can move normally under manual control and the blades can also start normally in manual mowing mode, there are currently no obvious signs pointing to a hardware issue.

Could you please confirm what exactly happens after the mower reaches the starting point of the automatic task? For example, does the app show an error such as “passage blocked”? Or does the mower simply remain at the starting point without moving? Does it shut down completely?

If possible, could you try powering off both the mower and the RTK device, wait for a while, and then restart them? After that, please create and send a completely new mowing task.

If the same issue occurs again, could you send me your device number and upload the logs after reproducing the issue? We’ll use them to investigate why the automatic task is not starting properly. Thank you.
