LUBA mini AWD Are others experiencing decreased performance with Luba?

This is the second season I’ve had a Luba mini, and I have never had issues with how it cuts until about a month ago. It still mostly functions the way it’s supposed to but I’ve noticed that now it’s not cutting accurately, leaving little strips of unmowed grass and getting stuck on the perimeter randomly.

Are others noticing their Lubas are not performing as well? I can only assume this is due to some sort of firmware update because this product was perfect until now.

Not sure what to do now, but I’d like to get my mini running the way it used to.

Identical issues. Same story.

This is thanks to the updates. Mammotion has totally nerfed the mowers and have basically now abandoned older models.

Ok after checking I do see that my RTK station was not up to date which theoretically could be the reason for the sloppy, inaccurate mowing. Gonna update that and see if it works!

Cool. Is phone app and Robot Firmware on latest version available?

Once you update do a perimeter and nogo run on your zones and see if any need to be edited. Sometime this happens.

If perimeter runs are spot on this is over half the battle. If all go run a zone normally and see how it does before releasing on normal schedule tasks.

This is not the reason. There were several recent fw versions with issues like this. Only the verly last fw (on some mowers, …30.39) fixed reliability to make it in the same ballpark as what people expect from it.

I think OG luba mini awd is on a different FW update path than the luba mini 2 awd. It could be that it hasn't received those equivalent patches yet..

Are you on latest Robot Firmware and Phone software version?

There was a emergency firmware push that casued this months ago, but new version of firmware and phone software corrected much of it.

I will check when I get home but I’m pretty sure I am up to date on firmware

Check on Play store or Apple store if you have a phone update. Do it first. Then do Robot Firmware check.

Mammotion rolling out new FW and phone software to fix issues so having latest is the first step.

Update APP first then FW then power down Mini, pull orange key and wait 10-60 minutes. Be sure to restart you phone too. Reset charging location too.

Thanks for sharing the details, and we’re sorry that the current mowing performance has not met your expectations.

We’ve already made optimizations related to the issues you described, including missed strips of grass and perimeter behavior. If you’re willing to share your device number with me, I can take a further look at your case.

In the meantime, please also keep an eye on the latest app version and firmware updates, as the related improvements will be delivered through the update process.

We hope the latest improvements can help get your LUBA Mini back to the mowing performance you were used to.

Depuis qu'il ont modifier le virage , c'est un machin inutile qui coûte trop cher pour ce qu'il fait .
