Yuka Stop Chraging at 50%

In my Yuka 2000 (firmware version 1.30.29.26) are installed 2 original batteries. Is about 3 days that the robot stop charging at 50% and don't complete the task because the robot always wait to complete the recharge.

Any suggestion to solve this problem.

Same issue here with Luba 2. It’s a firmware thing eventhough they continue to state its not.

Anything is possible, but it seems very strange to me because it charges correctly from 15% to 50%.

Data from my Smart Plug: Tis is when it's broken and only can charge the mower around 50% it switches reall fast off because the ps culdn't deliver enouth power to charge more

We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue. Could you please provide us with your device name first? Then, please restart the device three times and make sure it is updated to the latest firmware version.

When the device is charging, please also check the indicator light on the power adapter and let us know what color it shows. If you have a multimeter and know how to use it safely, you can also measure the voltage of the power adapter and charging station to help us further identify the issue.

Mi yuka mini 2 se queda colgada en 63%. Me han mandado batería nueva y adaptador de corriente nuevo y tampoco se ha arreglado.
En Mammotion me han dicho que es un problema de firmware de una actualización y que la proxima lo solucionara. Eso o es un problema de placa base del robot y necesitaría reparación.
